During my undergraduate years, I prepared income taxes for individuals, corporations, trusts, estates, and as a Tax Preparer, Tax Firm Manager for CPAs and Large Corporate Tax Firms and eventually a business owner. In 2013, I purchased the family-owned NBT Mobile Services business based in Vallejo, CA, a firm focused on Notary Signing Agency and Individual Tax preparation. After affiliated and affirming my knowledge with many tax organizations from the East Coast, I started my second firm, Mallari Tax, LLC, with a focus on assisting companies with their Tax Accounting needs with Tax Planning and Bookkeeping Solutions. In 2018-2020 I have been invited to various organizations to educate the importance of Tax Planning. In 2020 we were the pioneers in our area to service Covid-19 Business Advisory Solutions to help save local businesses. The aftermath of the pandemic, along with a series of government acts have spiraled down to rapidly changing tax laws. I anticipate an increase in Tax Problems for both individual and business which is now our primary focus to solve clients Tax Problems and create a comprehensive Tax Plan for a Peace of Mind and future outlook of the business and individual financial future.
